本會於2015年成立，屬於香港非牟利的註冊慈善團體(91/14231)。本會由一班義務的心理學家及治療師創立。目的是向社會大眾推廣「兒童評估及跟進的重要」之教育活動，專為本港學校、家長及兒童提供評估及跟進的相關服務，如免費諮詢、講座及工作坊等。服務範疇主要包括專注力不足/過度活躍症、發展遲緩、語言遲緩、自閉症、學習障礙、有限智能、行為或情緒問題及資優等。

We are a non-profit, charitable organization focusing on educating the public and parents in particular, on the importance of assessment and intervention with regard to the special needs of Hong Kong children, assisting children of concern with their special educational needs and also their families by carrying out needed assessment and interventions.
